Zeesan Neutral is easy to use:
Dissolve the desired amount in cold water
Ratio according to recipe 250 g Zeesan Neutral, 312 g water (approx. 25°C), 1250 g cream or individual needs.
Add to the already whipped plant-based cream.
Gently mix until the mixture is evenly combined.
Can be combined with flavoring pastes to create delicious cream creams of various flavors.
Sugar, dextrose, gelatin, lactose (milk), thickener E417 (tara gum)
Contains: milk (lactose), gelatin (of animal origin)
Not suitable for vegetarians and people with allergies to milk protein or lactose.
Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Protect from moisture. Once opened, reseal well and consume as soon as possible.
