Dosage: Stabilizer 200g + lukewarm water 200g + whipped cream 1000g
Instructions: Mix the stabilizer in water. Immediately fold it into semi-whipped cream using an electric mixer. Whip to desired consistency. Sweeten and add fruit to taste. Use immediately. Let it stabilize in the refrigerator for approx. 1-2 hours.
