    Instructions:

    For sponge cake layers:

    1000 g Extra Dark Sponge Cake Mix

    750 g egg foam

    150 g water

    → Beat at speed 3 for 8 minutes.

    For cake base or babka:

    1000 g mix

    700 g egg foam

    150 g water

    80 g oil (optional)

    → Beat without oil for 8 minutes at speed 3, then add oil and mix for 1 minute at speed 2.

    Ingredients:

    Wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, emulsifiers (E472b, E477), raising agents (E450, E500), starch syrup, defatted dried milk, wheat starch, salt, citric acid (E330), thickener (E414), flavor, colorants (E150c, E160a).
