A must-have in every pastry shop. Paloma is a complete mix for making puff pastry dough cold. It is easy to prepare and consists of three ingredients.
Recipe:
PALOMA 500g
Water 800g
Oil 225g
Mix all ingredients and let swell for 5 minutes. Then mix at medium speed for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Braided pastries and cream puffs bake at 225°C for about 22 minutes, cream puffs at 225°C for about 27 minutes.
