    A must-have in every pastry shop. Paloma is a complete mix for making puff pastry dough cold. It is easy to prepare and consists of three ingredients.

    Recipe:

    PALOMA 500g

    Water 800g

    Oil 225g

    Mix all ingredients and let swell for 5 minutes. Then mix at medium speed for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Braided pastries and cream puffs bake at 225°C for about 22 minutes, cream puffs at 225°C for about 27 minutes.

    INGREDIENTS: Corn flour, dried eggs, potato starch, corn starch, wheat flour, vegetable fat (fully hardened coconut), modified corn starch (E1422), dried milk, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), salt, dried whey, emulsifier (E322).
