FunCakes Buttercream - 500g

Create delicious buttercream for cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet desserts with a professional mix from FunCakes!

This easy-to-use mix allows you to prepare a smooth, creamy, and fluffy buttercream with excellent vanilla flavor - just add water and butter. Ideal for filling, covering cakes, or as a creamy topping on cupcakes.

Yield: enough for a 20cm cake or 12 cupcakes

Instructions:

Let the ingredients reach room temperature.

For one batch, mix 125 ml of water and 125 g of the mix, briefly whisk with a hand mixer.

Let the mixture rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Meanwhile, whisk 150 g of unsalted butter until fluffy (approx. 5 minutes).

Gradually add the rested mixture to the butter, and beat thoroughly each time.

Once all the mixture is added, beat for another 10 minutes until smooth.

Tip: You can add flavor pastes or FunCakes gel colors to the finished cream to create perfectly flavored and colored cakes.
