Structured foil "Petit Matelassé" 40 x 25cm
Plastic structural foil for creating chocolate surface relief (max. temperature 17 degrees - when chocolate is still soft), marzipan, icing, pastry....
Dimension: 40cmx25cm
Usage: Regularly spread chocolate on the foil (must not be hot but still soft). Chill in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, then remove the foil from the chocolate
The foil can be reused. Clean with lukewarm tap water.
Do not wash in the dishwasher.
