Plastic structural sheet for creating a chocolate surface relief

(max temperature 17 degrees - when the chocolate is still soft), marzipan, covering pastes, doughs...
Size: 40cmx25cm
Usage: Spread the chocolate evenly on the sheet (it must not be hot but still soft). Store in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes, then the film can be removed from the chocolate.

The sheet can be repeatedly used. Wash with lukewarm tap water.

Do not wash in a dishwasher.
