MIRALL  high - gloss glaze - Caramel - 250g

Caramel icing on irrigation with high gloss. Can also be used to flavor creams.

Use: Remove the required amount of strawberry Mirall Caramel and warmed in a microwave oven or a water bath at a temperature of 45-50'C. Shortly mix up without incorporate air. Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, water, modified starch, thickeners (E440ii, E407, E341),
dyes (E150c, pepper extract), sunflower lecithin, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid,
preservative E202, aroma.

Store in a cool, dry place.
