Instructions:
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 - 4 mm. Cut out a circle from the dough with the bottom edge of the cutter, place it on the opposite side of the cutter with a serrated edge, and place the filling in the center. Shape by folding the semicircles of the cutter towards each other, close with slight pressure, and wipe off the extruded dough with your finger. After opening the cutter, remove the product and place it on a baking sheet.
Use the cutter for puff pastry, fill with jam (always add grated biscuits to prevent the jam from leaking during baking), curd, spinach, etc. We recommend baking cocktail sausages wrapped in dough. Also suitable for potato pockets, Linzer, and curd doughs.
You can also make a "brontosaurus" this way. Place the cut-out scarf on a baking sheet or baking parchment, lift it onto the belly, press the legs, and bake like that. Create eyes from raisins and stick them with melted chocolate, then pour chocolate icing over the back.
