Instructions:
Roll out the dough into a sheet about 3 - 4 mm thick. Shape by folding the semicircles of the mold together, seal with gentle pressure, and wipe off the extruded dough with your finger. After opening the mold, remove the product and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use the mold for puff pastry, fill with jam (always add grated biscuits to prevent jam leakage during baking), cottage cheese, spinach, etc. It is recommended to bake cocktail sausages for "Sausage in Pastry". For potato pockets, Linzer cookies, and cottage cheese dough.
