      Sponge cake: Soffin 600g, flour 600g, sugar 800g, eggs 1000g, water 400g.

      Instructions:
      Method: Beat all ingredients together in a mixer for 8-10min. Pour into greased and floured tins and bake at 180°C - 200°C (baking time is approximate, consider your own oven).

      Caution: Too cold water reduces the ability to increase volume (fluffiness)
