Concentrated gel food color.

Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add gradually until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dose: 0.08 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, dyes (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
