Concentrated gel food color.

Net weight 28g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add gradually from a small amount until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum usable dosage: 1.44g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, color (E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202)).

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
