Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28g. Suitable for coloring any confectionery masses - creams, icings, gels, doughs, modeling pastes - so-called flower paste. Add in small quantities until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 0.76g / 100g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colorants (E122, E102), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservative (potassium sorbate (E202)).

E102 and E122 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, celery, mustard, sesame, and molluscs.
