Concentrated gel food colorant.

Net weight 28 g. The color is intended for coloring any confectionery materials - creams, glazes, gels, doughs, modeling clays - so-called gum paste. Add in small amounts until the desired shade is achieved.

Suitable for water-based foods. Not suitable for coloring chocolate.

Maximum recommended dosage: 1.44 g / 100 g.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol (E422)), water, colors (E133), starch, acidity regulators (citric acid (E330)), sodium citrates (E331), thickener (agar (E406)), preservatives (potassium sorbate (E202)).

May contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, celery, mustard, sesame and mollusks.
