Product for confectionery use. To be used as ready Parisian cream, just whip it up.

Vegetable whipping cream for production

Instructions: After chilling (at least 12 hours at 5-10°C) whip at medium speed to the desired consistency.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator for max. 3-4 days.

Composition: water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats (26.5%) (palm kernel fats), oils (soy, sunflower, rapeseed, and corn in varying ratios), sugar, chocolate powder (7%) (sugar, cocoa powder), coloring E150c, milk proteins, emulsifiers (E472, E322, soy lecithin), stabilizers E463, E340ii, salt, flavor.
