Fondant sheet - Minions MUFFIN - 21cm.

To attach, use water or edible glue. Fondant sheet should be stored out of reach of air and daylight - it hardens. It is suitable for covering pastries, chocolate, and creams. We do not recommend the technique of laying it on whipped cream or quark cream for beginners. When placed on a whipped cream base, the fondant sheet "dissolves" and sticks to the base.

Among the biggest advantages of this material are its very "clean and polished" appearance, sweet taste, and very easy application.

Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower, illipe), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer: E420ii, water, humectant: E422, emulsifiers: E471, E415, flavor: vanilla, colorants: E102, E110, E122, E133, E151, preservative: E218.
