Madame Loulou - Rainbow Cake - Dry mix for making colorful sponge cake
Preparation Instructions: 100g Rainbow cake + 2 eggs (approx. 90g) - whisk for 8-10 minutes at a higher speed, bake in a preheated oven at 165°C hot air or 175°C top/bottom heat - baking time 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn starch, potato starch, skimmed milk powder, emulsifiers E475 and E433, E450i, E500ii, E412, E466, salt, E160a, flavor
Allergy information: may contain traces of eggs and nuts
Store in a dry place at room temperature
Sufficient for a colorful sponge with a diameter of 22-24cm
