Ready-made baking mix - Red Velvet

Very popular Red Velvet sponge cake already in your kitchen. With the ready-made mix, you don't have to be afraid of anything. The ready-made mix can be used in the preparation of cakes, muffins, rolls, or other pastry products. The cakes made from this mixture are juicy, have a compact, and smooth surface.

Instructions:

Cake base: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 650g water, 180g oil.

Velvet sheets: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 535g water, 180g oil, 160g eggs.

Velvet cookies: 1000g mix Sandra Velvet, 40g water, 360g butter, 200g chocolate chips, 100g sugar.

Combine all ingredients and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Then whisk at the slowest speed for 1 - 2 minutes until smooth and homogeneous. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180°C.

Tip: Fill the cake base or sheets from Sandra VELVET and decorate with a special white cream made from quark, cheese (mascarpone), or cream.
