Rainbow Dust ProGel is highly concentrated and a new standard in food coloring!

Only a small amount of ProGel is enough for rich coloring, meaning that the tubes will last a long time. Simply add a small amount to fondant, marzipan, cream, biscuit, etc. and watch it transform into the desired color.

Each gel is packaged in a tube labeled with the respective color. The tube contains a seal under the screw cap. Simply peel and squeeze out the gel from the tube. No more worrying about the color leaking into the color compartment.

How to use: add gel to fondant or marzipan and work through. Work through to the desired color. The colored fondant or marzipan is ready for use in modeling.

Colors: red, orange, yellow, lime, sky blue, and pink

Ingredients: humectant: E422, colors: E122, E102, E133, E129, water, modified starch (tapioca).
