Instructions: Wash in lukewarm water before first use. Not suitable for dishwasher cleaning. Do not use abrasive sponges, wire brushes, or metal utensils to clean the pan. Use solidified fat or oil spray mixed with flour to grease the pan. Do not use table oils for greasing.
