Montana is a loose mixture suitable for making milk marzipan for coating and modeling.
The finished mass is creamy white in color with a subtly almond flavor and has an elastic consistency. It does not stick during modeling and does not dry out or crack even after longer storage of finished products.

The complete Montana mixture means very simple and fast preparation, eliminating the tedious process of weighting individual ingredients. Montana retains its moisture even after the addition of cocoa powder.
The homogeneous mass does not contain separate particles from individual ingredients, which go through rigorous incoming inspection (eliminating frequent quality fluctuations of dried milk).

1kg Montana + drinking water 150-170g + 100% fat 50g
Recommended technological procedure:
Montana, water, and softened 100% fat are combined by stirring at medium speed in the bowl of a kneading machine with a dough hook into a paste-like substance. The mass is then placed in a polyethylene bag and left to mature for at least 3 hours. We recommend letting it sit for up to 24 hours. It can be bleached or colored.
Suitable for use with an airbrush.
Store at normal operating temperature, and if stored correctly, Montana can be processed for the following 3 weeks.
