FunCakes Enchanted Cream - protein cream - 450g

With the FunCakes Enchanted Cream mix, you can easily create a bright, fluffy, snow-white cream with a vanilla flavor. If you wish, you can customize the taste by adding flavoring to the cream.

This cream by FunCakes is lighter than buttercream. Thanks to its easy and quick preparation, this cream is great for decorating cakes and muffins. But that's not all, the cream can also be used as a filling, for example for chocolate.

The ready-to-use FunCakes Enchanted Cream can last in the refrigerator for several days. If you make the cream with water, you can store it outside the refrigerator.

Preparation: For 1 serving of light cream: 150 g of mix, 100 ml of milk, and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add flavoring as needed. The cream is suitable as a filling or for decoration and can be used immediately. The prepared cream can be stored in the fridge for 5-6 days; before reuse, mix the cream again. You can mix it with only 200 ml of milk or only 200 ml of water.

One serving of Enchanted Cream is sufficient to fill two layers and cover a cake with a diameter of 25 cm, or to decorate 24-30 cupcakes.
