FunCakes Buttercream - 500g

Delicious buttercream, suitable for filling cakes and cupcakes.

Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature.

For 1 portion of buttercream: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mix and whisk. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Beat 150g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add a portion of the mix to the butter and whisk until fully combined, gradually add the rest. Beat everything for about 10 minutes.

One serving of buttercream is sufficient to fill and cover a cake with a diameter of 20 cm or approximately 12 cupcakes.

Ingredients: sugar, modified corn starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (wheat), dried glucose syrup, gelling agents: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier: E435, salt, thickener: E415. For allergens, see ingredients in bold. This product is Halal certified.
