    FunCakes can guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20 mg / 20ppm of gluten per kilogram. Most people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity will not have any symptoms with this low amount. Therefore, anyone following a strict gluten-free diet can enjoy FunCakes sponge cake.

    Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (165°C for a convection oven). For one Ø 20 cm cake, mix 250 g of mix, 230 g of eggs (4½ eggs), and 20 ml of water in a bowl. Mix at high speed for 8-10 minutes and pour the batter into a greased pan. Do not open the oven during baking! Bake for 35-40 minutes.
