Edible Gelatin Decoration

These edible diamonds will add shine and beauty to your cakes and other confectionery products. These gelatin diamonds measure approximately 10mm in diameter. Use them as decoration on cakes, cupcakes, macarons, or cookies! Perfect for wedding cakes, but also great for Christmas and winter cakes or birthday cakes for young girls. Suitable for use on all confectionery covering pastes and royal icing or on cream. We recommend using tweezers to handle the diamonds.

Tips and tricks:
Edible diamonds can be placed in the refrigerator to ensure that they are thoroughly cooled and the coating is not damaged when removed.
     Do not use regular Edible Glue.
     If the diamonds are being placed on royal icing, make sure it is completely dry.
     If any water remains in the icing, it could create a puddle around the diamond.
    To highlight a diamond, you can use silver or gold luster (non-toxic glitter). Remove the diamond from the casing, paint it with color, and place the diamond back in.
    If the diamond becomes dull, for example due to powdered sugar, brush the diamond with a damp brush and it will shine again.
     There are no special requirements for the cream.
