Decorate your muffins or cake in an original way.

Use: Just remove the sugar decoration from the packaging and lay it down. Open up just before use, there is a risk of drying up and damaging the fondant leaf.
Do not use DecorGel as color may blur. Confectionary lacquer / gloss can be used without any worries.
"Swiss Meringue" butter or pudding butter cream is used to attach the fondant leaf to the cake and apply it on top of the cake in a thin layer. Place the fondant sheet on top of the cake and press it gently to remove any bubbles that would otherwise remain under the print and be visible. If you do not want to use any of the butter creams and the top of the cake is made of sponge or similar dough, just top it lightly with water (but only very lightly!). You can then put the fudge leaf on top of the cake and at the same time you can lightly press on the fudge leaf to get rid of the air bubbles.
