Instructions for use:
Roll out the dough into a sheet 3-4 mm thick. Use the lower edge of the mold to cut out a circle from the dough, place it on the opposite side of the mold with a jagged edge and place the filling in the center. Shaping is carried out by folding the half-circles of the mold towards each other, closing with slight pressure and wiping the extruded dough with a finger. After opening the form, remove the product and place it on baking foil. Also suitable for stuffed dumplings.
