Ideal for decorating cakes or cookies.
Patchwork cutters are low Mezzanine milling cutters. They can be used for decorations that you've cut out of thin sugarpaste (FunCakes, Wilton, fondant, marzipan, gum paste...), or as a stamp on an already covered cake.

How to use:
Knead the covering paste thoroughly and roll it into a thin sheet. Press the patchwork cutter firmly into the covering paste. Use mini sticks or other small tools to remove excess fondant. Let the fondant harden for 10 minutes and then carefully remove it.
