White icing from Dr. Oetker has a deliciously sweet taste and is used as a topping for cupcakes, pastries, and other baked goods. You can easily prepare the chocolate icing with a bit of hot water.
- One sachet is enough for approx. 12 cupcakes or 1 cake.
- Content: 125g
Instructions: Place the sachet with chocolate icing in a bowl with a large amount of hot (not boiling) water for 5 minutes, making sure the sachet is submerged in water. Remove the sachet from water and knead it well. Cut off the top of the sachet and pour the liquid chocolate icing over the baked, cooled product. Smooth the icing with a flat knife if needed. Let the icing cool for about 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Vegetable oil (palm, shea), sugar, cocoa powder (19%) (defatted), emulsifier: E322 (sunflower).
May contain traces of: milk, hazelnuts.
