FunCakes Ready to Use Ganache - dark chocolate - 260g

FunCakes Ready to Use Ganache has a rich dark chocolate flavor. It can be used to cover a cake, fill a cake, and for decoration. Also great as a chocolate filling, flavor for ice cream, or cream.

Easy to use. Ganache sets in the fridge.

The quantity is sufficient to cover and fill a cake (2 layers) of 20 cm, or to cover and fill a cake (1 layer) of 25 cm, and enough for 20 - 25 CupCakes.

For chocolate filling: mix the product using a mixer to make the ganache light, airy, and suitable for decorating tips.
For covering: heat the product in the microwave for 1 minute at 340 W or heat in a water bath to achieve the right consistency.
For cream or soft chocolate/cake filling: mix 150 g of softened butter with the product for 5 minutes at high speed.

Ingredients: vegetable fat (palm, shea), vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, dutched cocoa powder, dried skimmed milk, emulsifier: E322 (soy), flavoring (vanillin). Allergens are highlighted bold. Halal certified.
