Milk glaze product for pastry, without lumps.
Application: the glaze dissolves at a maximum temperature of 45°C. It is tempered to 25-30°C - at this temperature we work with the glaze. If the frosting is stiff, you can thin it with 100% shortening.
Ingredients: sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm and shea), whey powder, reduced-fat cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder (3.5%), emulsifiers (E322 soy lecithin and polyglycerol-plyricinoleate), aroma
