Princess Paste is a white mass of sugar and cocoa butter.

Ideal for decorating cakes, creating flowers and other decorations, for cutting with the help of molds. The whole mass can be painted (with gel dyes) or powder paints can be used to shade the surface. Pack and close in a container properly after each use to prevent drying.

Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, rice starch, humectant: glycerin, aroma, thickener: xanthan.
