    Elastic fat frosting to decorate the bakery and confectionery products. When slicing will not break. Also suitable for freezing.

    Procedure: heated to 50'C and used as needed.

    Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats, lactose, whey powder, emulsifiers (E322, E492), cocoa powder, vanilla and cappuccino aroma extract of turmeric dye E160b,
